the lead editor has written five books, including culinary travel guides produced with the Costa Brava and Emilia Romagna tourism boards, and speaks internationally at ITB Asia and World Travel Market. Their first-hand food and drink reporting has been commissioned by Marriott International, Fáilte Ireland, Wakayama Tourism, Moray Speyside, and Centara Hotels & Resorts.
